About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Enablement Manager to drive the top of funnel sales strategy and execution. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, marketing, and partnerships, and is focused on building a repeatable outbound motion that fills the pipeline and accelerates growth.

You'll collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and the leadership team to define outreach strategy, deploy effective tools, manage campaigns across email and LinkedIn, and shape marketing and event efforts that support lead generation. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on building systems, optimizing engagement, and owning the full top-of-funnel engine.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the sales team to define and execute the top-of-funnel strategy
  • Own outbound outreach playbooks including email, LinkedIn, and tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or others
  • Identify and deploy sales engagement tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop messaging, creative assets, and thought leadership content
  • Lead strategy and execution of ecosystem partnerships to drive leads
  • Manage referral program for industry influencers and thought leaders
  • Support event planning, travel, partnership outreach, and campaign coordination to drive inbound and outbound leads
  • Build target account lists in coordination with sales leadership and adjust based on performance data
  • Track, measure, and optimize outbound performance and conversion to pipeline

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, growth, or marketing roles

  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting tools, platforms, and best practices

  • Comfortable working across departments and influencing without direct authority

  • Strategic thinker who can also execute quickly and effectively

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

Trove is committed to creating an equitable and transparent workplace. The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year with incentive compensation tied to qualified sales leads generated. Total On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential for this role is expected to be $90,000 - $110,000. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, location and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
