Allocation Manager
We are seeking a data-driven and solution-oriented Inventory & Allocation Manager to lead inventory execution and allocation strategies across our omnichannel network. This role will be instrumental in driving inventory rebalancing across warehouse nodes, ensuring clear visibility into inventory across all channels, and fully owning retail store allocation and replenishment workflows.
As a key contributor within the Demand Planning team, you will partner closely with Planning, Operations, Logistics, Retail, and Merchandising to ensure our inventory is optimized to meet consumer demand—no matter where it comes from. This is a highly cross-functional and impact-driven role for someone passionate about turning data into action and building scalable systems that move with the speed of the business.
We are omni-channel by design—your strategies will influence product flow across all categories, geographies, and sales channels, from DTC to Marketplace to Retail.
Key Areas of Accountability
Retail Allocation & Replenishment Ownership
- Own all allocation and replenishment strategies for retail doors across core, seasonal, and new product launches.
- Establish and maintain scalable, data-driven allocation logic that supports store clustering, launch priorities, and performance trends.
- Monitor store-level performance and sell-through, executing rebalance and replenishment actions to maximize productivity and minimize aging inventory.
Inventory Rebalancing & Warehouse Optimization

- Develop and manage logic to anticipate rebalancing needs based on forecasted demand, current availability, and fulfillment efficiency.
- Partner with Operations and Logistics to ensure accurate, cost-effective movement of goods across the network.
Omnichannel Inventory Visibility & Planning
- Maintain and enhance real-time inventory visibility dashboards and tools across DTC, Amazon FBA/AWD, Retail, and Wholesale channels.
- Identify and flag inventory risks or imbalances by channel or node to improve service levels and minimize lost sales.
- Support cross-functional visibility into inventory availability by SKU, warehouse, and fulfillment priority logic
Forecasting & Demand Translation
- Collaborate with Planning and Merch to translate forecasted demand into inventory actions, aligning on OTB and in-season movement strategies.
- Support demand signal validation from stores and marketplaces and convert into actionable TOs and replenishment orders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Operations & Logistics: Partner to ensure warehouse capacity aligns with forecasted movement and rebalancing needs.
- Production & Sourcing: Coordinate demand-driven needs with production schedules and shipment timelines.
