Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The PM will lead budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
What You'll Do:

Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including preconstruction planning, buyout, and project execution

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance

Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and ensure accurate documentation

Communicate regularly with clients, design teams, and internal leadership to provide updates

Monitor quality control and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes

Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and field teams
What You'll Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

5+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction
-
Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and scheduling

Experience working for a general contractor is strongly preferred

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
-
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
