Superintendent

We are looking for a Superintendent with strong tilt up construction experience to join our growing team in Boise. This role is ideal for someone who has been deeply involved in tilt up projects and is ready to take ownership of field execution on large scale commercial and industrial builds.
This is not a generalist role. We are specifically seeking someone who understands tilt up inside and out and can lead from pre pour through panel erection and final completion.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day to day field operations on tilt up and large commercial projects
- Oversee tilt panel layout, forming, pours, and panel erection sequencing
- Coordinate closely with engineers, crane operators, and concrete crews
- Ensure safety, quality, and schedule are maintained throughout all tilt phases
- Manage subcontractors and enforce site standards
- Drive project schedules with a strong focus on critical path activities tied to tilt up
- Troubleshoot field issues in real time, especially during panel pours and lifts
- Partner with PMs to ensure smooth execution from start to finish
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on tilt up projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete, forming systems, and panel erection
- Experience working on large industrial, warehouse, or commercial builds
- Ability to manage fast paced schedules and high pressure milestones
- Strong leadership presence in the field
- Ability to anticipate issues before they impact schedule or safety
- Comfortable running coordination with multiple trades on site
