We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead our Marketing Operations function for the Americas region. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our marketing efforts by overseeing data and analytics, marketing automation, and our marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate will also manage shared service resources, including digital marketing and content marketing, to drive impactful campaigns and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and enhance marketing automation processes in Pardot and Marketing Cloud, including lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Drive data and analytics initiatives, ensuring marketing teams have access to accurate insights for decision-making.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve marketing workflows and campaign execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of shared service resources, including digital marketing and content marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing operations support demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue objectives.
  • Own data governance, reporting and performance measurement for marketing campaigns, pipeline attribution, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices related to marketing operations.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in marketing operations, bringing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ideally, manage and optimize ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase to support targeted account-based marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, with a strong background in data, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Proven expertise in Pardot and Marketing Cloud (or similar marketing automation platforms), including campaign setup, automation workflows, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks, CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce), and extensive experience with data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams, including shared service resources.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex marketing operations projects.
  • Experience in process optimization and workflow improvements to enhance marketing team efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
