Renewal Sales Specialist

As a Renewal Subscription Representative at Veriforce, you'll play a pivotal role in renewing and retaining our existing customers. Our software operates on a subscription model, meaning each year presents an opportunity to build long-term customer relationships. Your focus will be on ensuring customers get maximum value from our services, driving engagement, and continuously enhancing their experience through education and relationship-building.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Renewals & Retention: Manage and renew existing customer subscriptions to ensure continued usage of our services. Continuously identify ways to add value and enhance the customer experience.
  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas, tracking your progress against team goals. Bonuses and incentives are available for exceeding targets.
  • Engage in High-Volume Outbound Sales: Make 55-60 outbound calls daily to warm leads, consistently maintaining a balance between quantity and quality in your outreach.
  • Build & Nurture Relationships: Establish and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring they feel valued and are fully leveraging our services to meet their needs.
  • Overcome Objections: Tackle challenges and objections head-on with resilience and perseverance, striving for a “yes” at every turn.
  • Pipeline Management: Continuously maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities for renewal.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service and guidance to clients, helping them make the most of their subscription and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma (or equivalent).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred (e.g., telesales, business development).
  • Proven Track Record: You have a consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Sales Tools Experience: Knowledge of sales systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Performance Metrics: Familiarity with sales performance metrics and how to use them to track progress and success.
