Crysler Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian -- Future Medical Director & Partner Opportunity -- Independence, MO (Kansas City Metro Area)

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Base Salary: $140,000 base
• Production Bonus: Monthly production bonus with NO negative accrual
• Sign-On/Bonus Potential: Up to $40,000 in sign-on/bonus potential, plus relocation support and retention bonus
• Partnership Opportunity: Clear pathway to hospital equity and leadership through Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), which currently includes more than 200 co-owning veterinarians

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm; Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm; Sunday: Closed.

Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week plus every other Saturday).

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of small animal experience preferred
• Clinical Proficiency: Confidence in general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery 
• Licensing: DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution or equivalent 
• Active veterinary license in the state of Missouri (or the ability to obtain) & in good standing 
• A strong interest in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, compassionate approach with clients and colleagues
