Warmer is building a science-based social fitness platform designed to help people intentionally strengthen the relationships that matter most to them. In a world optimized for speed, feeds, and surface-level connection, we believe the next generation of technology won’t win by helping people move faster — it will help them go deeper. Our app is built on research about friendship and relationships, and gives people a personalized friendship style, a tailored action plan, and thoughtful nudges that help turn good intentions into real action. We’re looking for builders who want to create technology that becomes meaningfully embedded in how people understand themselves and live their lives.

We are a small, scrappy team building in real time — shipping fast, experimenting constantly, and figuring it out day by day. We’re in it side by side, leaning into our strengths, learning new skills on the fly, and pushing each other to make the product better every week. There’s no coasting here — just momentum, curiosity, and a shared belief that what we’re building matters. We care about doing great work, we care about each other, and we’re having a lot of fun creating something none of us could build alone.
