This is a unique opportunity for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of field marketing, growth experimentation, and event execution. You’ll own end-to-end programs - from local industry events to out-of-home advertising and more - testing and scaling initiatives that directly impact revenue. • Plan and execute events including intimate customer dinners, tradeshows, and user conferences, ensuring every detail is on-brand and ROI-positive.
  • Test and scale growth programs, including direct mail, customized digital campaigns, and in-person activations to increase reach and conversion.
  • Manage the event lifecycle from sourcing venues and vendors, to coordinating logistics, driving attendance, and measuring performance.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop multi-channel campaigns around field programs, including email, landing pages, paid social, and sales enablement to maximize impact.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and pipeline influence, surfacing insights and optimizations to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across teams including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure integrated planning and flawless execution.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in a field, events, or related marketing role, ideally in a B2B SMB market
  • Proven success in building pipeline-driving marketing programs in partnership with sales
  • Strong project management skills - you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in event planning and management, including budget management, speaker outreach, vendor relationships, and sponsorship negotiations
  • Creative and resourceful mindset, with a love of testing new tactics and finding scrappy ways to stand out
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills, working with both internal and external partners to execute campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable with collaborating with executive stakeholders and external partners
  • Comfortable with 30-40% travel for events and onsite activations
  • Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana
  • Bonus: experience in HR tech or vertical SAAS
  • Must be willing to report to the office up to 5x a week

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
