Role Summary and Impact 

Our client is a globally renowned leading innovator, designer, and marketer of athletic footwear, apparel, and equipment. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and eager to learn Media Planning Executive to join the team. You will drive the end-to-end execution and optimization of both brand and performance media campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable results. Leveraging your digital media expertise (social and programmatic), you'll conduct audience analysis, in-depth implementation plans, and track campaign performance against KPIs. We need someone with meticulous attention to detail, creativity and passion to bring them to life across both digital and traditional media.


Skills and Experience

What you will do:

  • Integrated Media Planning: Collaborate together with team members to interpret brief, conduct insights and contribute to strategy development. You will be responsible for building media plans that spans across both Digital and traditional channels in India, Thailand, Philippines and Singapore.
  • Audience & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth audience analysis using WPPMedia Tools to understand audiences, uncover new market trends and opportunities. Keep current on cultural and media trends.
  • Campaign Operations: Responsible for day-to-day operational execution of campaign setups and third-party tracking (hands-on with Meta, TikTok, Google platforms). Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless campaign launch and delivery.
  • Campaign Optimisations: Monitor media efficiencies, budget pacing and identify areas for optimization. Assist in rigorous tracking of campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Campaign Reporting: Generate regular, insightful performance weekly and monthly reports with clear and actionable recommendations. Ensure that global reports are submitted timely to client stakeholders.
  • Client Management: Build a strong and collaborative relationship with client teams and local WPP Media teams. Discuss campaign status with confidence during client WIPs.
  • Account Operations: Ensure monthly billing inputs and reconciliations are timely. Support the Associate Director with smooth billing process.

Who you are:

  • At least 1-2 years working experience with digital media planning/implementation, preferably in a media agency.
  • Knowledge and experience with Social Campaign Setup and Reporting, Programmatic experience. Traditional buying is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in an agile environment.
  • Willing to think outside of the box and challenge convention thinking. Client service and positive team spirit attitude is a must.
  • Detailed oriented and comfortable with numbers.
  • Commercial flair and good communication skills.
  • Great knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.
  • Experience and keen interest in sports will be ideal
