Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for automotive OEMs in overseas markets to achieve business targets.
- Plan, organize, and participate in international exhibitions, product launches, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and product promotion.
- Manage regional inventory, including procurement, sales, and stock levels, ensuring seamless coordination with headquarters for timely vehicle delivery.
- Supervise and support regional dealer retail operations, continuously enhancing dealer sales performance and operational standards.
- Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze overseas market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and provide strategic insights and feedback to support business growth.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry; experience with new energy vehicles (NEVs) is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing and developing automotive dealer networks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- With the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including short-term assignments in China; demonstrates strong stress resilience and adaptability.
