Senior Product Marketing Manager

Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Who we are:

Reports to: Betsy McKibbin, Head of Marketing

Yoodli is the AI roleplay simulator redefining how individuals and teams master communication. Think of it as the batting cage before the big game - but for communication. Whether it’s a sales pitch, manager feedback session, or media interview, Yoodli ovides private, judgment-free, just-in-time coaching. Leaders at companies like Google, Databricks, Snowflake, RingCentral, Toastmasters, and Dale Carnegie use Yoodli to ramp reps faster, improve message delivery, and reduce coaching burden on frontline managers. The result is stronger performance, greater team readiness, and a more scalable path to impact.

We’re building a new category called Experiential Learning: a new AI-powered category that helps people learn through conversational roleplays. People don’t learn from slides: they learn through dialogue, questions, and iteration. Yoodli makes that process interactive, personalized, and always up to date. It’s learning that feels fun, builds confidence, and finally lets organizations measure the ROI of training.

We’ve $40M in Series B funding, doubling our team in 2026, and are headquartered at the beautiful Pier 70 in Seattle.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who combines strategic depth with the speed and efficiency of how the best marketers work today. You'll own product positioning and messaging at a strategic level, translating deep customer insight, competitive intelligence, and product innovation into narratives that drive adoption, accelerate pipeline, and build durable category leadership. You'll move fast, stay close to the market, and use every tool available to keep Yoodli's story sharp and current as the product evolves.

This role sits at the center of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll set the direction for how Yoodli shows up in the market, lead high-stakes launches, build the systems that scale institutional knowledge, and coach the GTM organization on how to win. As a senior voice in the company, you'll shape both what we say and how we launch, influencing category positioning and messaging strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling:
Define and evolve Yoodli's product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across buyer personas, translating complex AI capabilities into clear, benefit-led narratives. You'll set the standard for how the entire company talks about what we do and why it matters, and you'll actively steward that standard across channels and teams.
  • Lead go-to-market and launch execution:
Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to design and execute go-to-market and launch strategies for new features, solutions, and partnerships. Drives awareness, engagement, and retention across segments. You won't just execute launches, you'll design the strategy, define success metrics, and ensure the organization is aligned and equipped to win.
  • Champion customer and market insight:
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and communication pain points; map user journeys to strengthen positioning and product-market fit.
  • Build durable, AI-supported market knowledge:
Create and maintain AI-assisted repositories of personas, objections, use cases, and competitive insights that preserve and scale institutional knowledge across teams.
  • Own and enable product marketing collateral end-to-end: Serve as the primary driver of product marketing collateral, working closely with the design team to create high-impact assets. Translate product features into clear creative briefs with recommended visuals, while maintaining decks, one-pagers, videos, messaging guides, and FAQs that help tell the Yoodli story across audiences.
  • Support experimentation and continuous feedback loops:
Pair human judgment with AI-assisted drafting, iteration, and feedback to improve speed, consistency, and messaging precision.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning positioning and GTM strategy for complex products in competitive markets
  • Demonstrated success leading product launches from strategy through execution, including building the enablement systems that sustain adoption post-launch
  • Expert-level messaging and storytelling skills. Able to distill complex technology into clear, human narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and drive action
  • Deep experience developing sales enablement assets and enabling revenue teams, including frameworks that hold up across deal stages and buyer personas
  • Strong analytical foundation, with comfort using pipeline data, win/loss analysis, and customer research to guide strategic decisions
  • A modern approach to the craft. You use AI tools and workflows to move faster on research synthesis, messaging iteration, and keeping enablement assets current, without letting them substitute for the strategic thinking and editorial judgment that make great PMM work actually land
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment, with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
  • Highly collaborative leadership style, with a history of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority

Compensation

  • Total compensation is targeted at $165,000 - $185,000 (depending on experience)
  • Equity opportunities at a fast growing company
  • Health, dental, vision insurance
  • 401k plans
  • Unlimited PTO, free lunches at the office

What’s in it for you?

  • Huge impact opportunity: Build and scale a company from the ground up
  • Competitive compensation
  • Work on a daily basis with the founding team and mentors
  • Join a fun, inclusive and highly motivated team culture (and help define it!)

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
