The Role

We are seeking an innovative, collaborative, and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support both our Client Services and Product Management functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the creation of product marketing content (i.e. pitchbooks, monthly reporting, etc.)
  • Own the diligence process for a specific fund including basic client inquiries to request for proposals
  • Collaborate with team members across the firm to guide the production of monthly and quarterly materials such as credit sheets, portfolio exposures, investor breakdowns, and quarterly letters.
  • Act as the primary liaison between investment, technology, operations, and compliance stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of investment workflows, risk management, and decision-support tools
  • Ensure products meet operational, regulatory, and security requirements
  • Communicate product progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

The Person

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Salesforce, Backstop, working with an administrator (Citco), Atlas, Intralinks, and Seismic.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in investor relations, client services, or financial operations preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and comfortable navigating systems such as Responsive, Seismic. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory reporting (e.g., KYC, ERISA).
  • Prior involvement in investor events or marketing content creation.

US Base Salary Range

$110,000 - $130,000 USD
