The Role

We are seeking a Wealth Associate to join the Firm’s U.S. Wealth Partnerships channel team. This team works with RIAs, Multi-Family Offices, Broker-Dealers, Family Offices, and Alternative Platforms.

Responsibilities 

  • Work effectively with members of DK’s wealth sales team
  • Research, identify, and track prospective investors
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings and roadshows
  • Update and maintain investor details and activity in DK’s CRM system
  • Collaborate with platform sales teams
  • Leverage company resources in the execution of responsibilities - including product specialists, capital markets team, product management and marketing
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

The Person

The successful candidate will have at least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience at an asset management firm supporting a sales team, including:

  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills, displaying entrepreneurial drive and “grit”
  • Team player with a commitment to excellence
  • Able to execute independently, work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and adapt/reprioritize accordingly with ease
  • Passionate about the wealth channel – has operated within that space and is dedicated to remaining focused on this client base
  • Values the culture of a privately held, inclusive, collaborative organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate in clear and concise language and calibrate for different audiences
  • Possess an awareness of product knowledge in the U.S. Wealth partnerships channel
  • Proficient in managing relationships, obtaining and processing information required to provide sales support
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
  • Resourceful, responsive, communicative and flexible
  • Intellectually curious and constantly seeking to improve
  • Desires the opportunity to play an important, highly visible role in further establishing a key but newer business line for DK

US Base Salary Range

$90,000 - $90,000 USD
