Introduction

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Quality Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure the quality of our Pods, applicators, and machines, from incoming inspections and vendor sample reviews to design validation testing and final quality checks. You'll design and build the fixtures and tests that help us deliver a reliable product to our customers.

This is an on-site role at our headquarters in Burlington, MA, with travel up to 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Incoming Quality Control inspections of Pods and applicators, both visual and functional
  • Conduct Vendor Sample Review on new machines
  • Design, validate, and report Design Validation Plan tests
  • Conduct Design Validation Plan testing
  • Create inspection and test fixtures
  • Conduct final Quality inspections of internally filled Pods and applicators

What You Have

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Background in consumer electronics or robotics

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail for visual and functional inspections
  • Ability to design and build inspection and test fixtures
  • Clear written communication for documenting and reporting test results
  • Ability to work on-site at our Burlington, MA location
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, domestically and internationally

Salary Range

$75,000 - $90,000 USD
