The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and delivery-oriented Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of business vision, user experience, and agile execution. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about driving product growth, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning customer insights into impactful features.
Location: Abu Dhabi – Relocation required (support provided)

 

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3–5 years leading end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery to delivery.
• Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, system integrations, and development processes (coding not required, but must speak the language of tech teams)
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks. Skilled in backlog prioritization, writing user stories, and facilitating ceremonies.
• Ability to define, track, and act on key product metrics to guide strategic decisions.
• Understanding of UX principles, hypothesis validation, and close collaboration with design teams (experience with tools like Figma or Miro is a plus).
• Comfortable managing business requirements, aligning cross-functional teams, and reporting to leadership or clients.
• Essential for working in global environments, documentation, and international collaboration.

 

Plus:

• Has successfully led products from MVP to large-scale adoption, especially in fast-paced or international markets.
• Skilled in product-led growth strategies, go-to-market execution, and navigating technical and business scalability challenges.
