The Role

We are seeking a QA Engineer who enjoys building automation from the ground up, collaborating with development teams, and driving best practices in testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases using BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing using tools like Postman.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and test coverage needs.
• Manage and track test cases, bugs, and execution results using Zephyr and JIRA.
• Perform testing within Salesforce environments, with an understanding of basic objects, workflows, and permissions.
• Utilize or support basic test automation efforts, ideally with tools like Copado CRT or similar frameworks.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards.

Who You Are

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including objects, workflows, and environment structure.
• Hands-on experience with BDD Gherkin.
• Proficiency in Zephyr and JIRA for test management and bug tracking.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Copado CRT or equivalent (e.g. TestNG).
• Experience with API testing using Postman.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
