The Role 

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Account Engagement Consultant, you will be a strategic advisor and hands-on expert for our clients. You'll lead implementations, optimize campaigns, and align marketing automation with broader business goals. You’ll translate marketing needs into scalable technical solutions, delivering value from day one.

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Lead end-to-end implementations and optimizations of Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot)

• Translate client requirements into technical solutions and project plans

• Configure automation flows, journeys, segmentation, dynamic content, lead scoring, and more

• Integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud with Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement

• Partner with clients on strategy, deliver training, and serve as a trusted expert

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation performance and data syncing

• Stay up to date on platform updates and share best practices with clients and team

 

What You Bring 

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot)

• Strong understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, and customer journey mapping

• Experience with HTML, AMPscript, SQL, and APIs a plus

• Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Pardot Consultant, etc.) preferred

• Excellent communication skills and client-facing presence

• Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
