The Role
Orion is seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to drive the next phase of our brand and growth story. As a boutique Technology Professional Services partner, we operate lean and agile — which means you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact across the business. This is a career-building role with significant growth potential, ideal for a marketer who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants to shape the direction of a brand.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across digital, social, events, and other channels to build awareness and generate demand.
- Own and evolve Orion’s brand messaging to ensure consistency across platforms including LinkedIn, blog, website, press, and email campaigns.
- Drive go-to-market strategies for events, campaigns, and productized services, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing activities with business objectives, delivering on quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze content performance, audience insights, and competitive trends to continuously refine campaigns and uncover new opportunities.
- Mentor and guide our Marketing Coordinator to elevate Orion’s voice in the market and scale brand awareness.
- Champion innovation — testing, iterating, and introducing new approaches that keep Orion ahead of industry and competitor trends.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally within Technology Professional Services or SaaS ecosystems.
- Proven success executing end-to-end campaigns that drove measurable business outcomes (pipeline growth, lead conversion, revenue impact).
- Strong command of digital channels — particularly LinkedIn, email, websites, and social platforms — with an eye for what’s next.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills across multiple mediums: social, blogs, press, email, and web.
- A track record of staying ahead of industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to partner directly with executives.
- A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution — comfortable building the strategy but equally willing to roll up your sleeves.
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a growth mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
