143 Studios is the award-winning media production company behind The Mel Robbins Podcast -- one of the top ranking podcasts in the world. We’re also the same team behind The Let Them Theory, a cultural phenomenon with over 5 million copies sold in 5 months, and six #1 Audible Originals. Every day, our work inspires more than 30 million online followers around the world and reaches hundreds of millions of people monthly.

About the Role

143 Studios is seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Project Manager to join our high-performing team. This is not a standard marketing job — it’s a chance to oversee a diverse portfolio of marketing initiatives for one of the most influential personal development and wellness brands in the world. As the creative force behind The Mel Robbins Podcast — 143 Studios is redefining how transformative content is delivered across platforms. Our work reaches millions each week, driving meaningful impact in the areas of personal growth, mental health, and wellness.

In this role, you will be at the operational center of multiple high-visibility projects running in parallel - from major marketing campaigns to press, speeches, branded partnerships and ad-hoc creative requests that span digital, social, email, video, partnerships, and live experiences. You will work closely with the Podcast Production Manager and key team members on their projects while keeping cross-functional teams, freelancers, and external partners aligned. We are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, effortlessly manages complex projects with multiple moving parts, and keeps every timeline on track without missing the details.

Why This Role Matters

The work you manage will directly impact how millions of people access and engage with our brand. You will bring structure, clarity, and forward momentum to a wide range of initiatives - often with different owners, deliverables, and deadlines all at the same time. Your ability to create order and keep everything moving will ensure our marketing, creative and strategic initiatives are executed to a world-class standard. Your work will help drive engagement, grow audiences, and create opportunities for millions of people to access tools that improve their mental health, motivation, and personal growth.

Your Mission

You will manage the day-to-day execution of multiple concurrent marketing initiatives in partnership with marketing leadership — supporting strategic planning through execution and post-project wrap-up. This includes major campaigns, press, speeches, branded partnerships, ongoing creative requests, and miscellaneous projects. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Campaigns & Strategic Initiatives, you will coordinate across internal teams, external agencies, and freelance talent to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You will be responsible for building and maintaining AI-driven Monday.com boards from scratch, translating meeting discussions into actionable project plans, and ensuring all deliverables are tracked, assigned and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

 Campaign & Initiative Management

  • Manage timelines, deliverables and resources for multiple campaigns and brand initiatives running in parallel.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, each with unique stakeholders, assets, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate with production teams and freelancers on shoots, edits, and post-production workflows.

Operational Workflow

  • Build and maintain Monday.com boards for every project, creating systems to track progress, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • Translate meeting notes and strategic discussions into clear tasks, deadlines, and owner assignments.
  • Ensure all projects have clear workflows, documentation, and status visibility for stakeholders.
  • Manage external collaboration with agencies and freelancers, building strong partnerships and seamless workflows that support high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Drive internal alignment across creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and data-informed.

Quality Control and Execution

  • Lead and enforce production schedules for all creative assets and ensure all assets meet brand, compliance, and technical specifications.
  • Track feedback rounds and approvals to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Monitor asset trafficking to ensure correct versions are delivered to each channel.
  • Coordinate post-mortem reviews to capture learnings and optimize future projects.

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in marketing project management or operations, ideally in a fast-paced consumer brand or agency setting
  • Proven track record and success managing multiple projects with complex timelines and diverse stakeholders.
  • Expert in Monday.com – building custom boards, workflows, and reports.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Dropbox, and digital asset management systems
  • Deep understanding of creative production workflows (digital, social, traditional)
  • Strong communicator who keeps teams aligned and stakeholders informed.
  • Experienced managing external vendors, agencies, and freelancers
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams across creative, content, and analytics.
  • Calm under pressure; can handle shifting priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

You’d Fit with Our Team If…

  • You thrive on bringing order to complexity and structure to chaos.
  • You can manage competing priorities without losing track of details.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
