Hybrid in Boston, MA

Who are we?

143 Studios Holdings LLC is hiring a Manager, CRM & Email Marketing to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our customer communications.

If HubSpot is your playground and you love building smart, automated journeys that drive measurable results, this role is for you. You’ll lead our email and CRM marketing efforts end-to-end — from system architecture to creative execution — ensuring our audience engagement translates into retention, revenue, and loyalty.

Why the Role Matters

Our audience spans millions globally — engaged, loyal, and eager for value. The next step is deepening those relationships. This role ensures that every message we send is targeted, data-driven, and aligned with our broader marketing engine.

As the architect of our CRM and email systems, you’ll play a critical role in how 143 Studios connects with, nurtures, and retains our audience across every lifecycle stage. The impact is direct and visible: stronger engagement, higher conversion, and scalable growth.

Your Mission

Build and execute an intelligent, data-backed CRM and email marketing program that transforms audience engagement into measurable business results.

You’ll design automation, optimize performance, and make HubSpot work harder — creating efficient systems that deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management

  • Own and operate the HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean data, smart segmentation, and efficient workflows.
  • Build and maintain automation, lead routing, and lifecycle management across the funnel.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to align CRM processes with business goals and reporting structures.
  • Leverage behavioral and intent data to deliver personalized customer journeys and dynamic content.

Email Marketing

  • Develop and execute lifecycle email campaigns for onboarding, education, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Manage testing across subject lines, creative, and calls-to-action — and apply learnings to improve performance.
  • Maintain brand consistency and deliverability standards across all campaigns.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track and report on core KPIs including deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions, and attributed revenue.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights for leadership.
  • Continuously refine segmentation, cadence, and content based on performance data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Content, Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Support the sales team with nurture flows, lead scoring, and automated enablement campaigns.
  • Contribute CRM and email insights to broader marketing strategy discussions.

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on CRM and email marketing experience with deep HubSpot expertise.
  • Proven track record building automated workflows and lifecycle campaigns that convert.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Data-literate: comfortable in dashboards, analytics tools, and funnel analysis.
  • Solid grasp of messaging and copy principles for performance marketing.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-moving, creative environment.
  • Experience in fast-paced, creative industries (media, DTC, digital content, or creator economy) preferred.
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing, Zapier, or light HTML/CSS for email, preferred.
  • Experience collaborating across content, paid, and product teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field.

Who You Are

  • A detail-oriented CRM and email marketer who thrives on execution and continuous improvement.
  • You care deeply about customer experience and take pride in measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable working hands-on in HubSpot, managing workflows, segmentation, and campaign automation.
  • You move fast, stay organized, and don’t wait for someone else to tell you what’s broken.
  • Collaborative by nature, working well across teams while maintaining ownership of your deliverables.
  • Data-minded — you rely on analytics to guide testing, optimization, and decision-making.
  • You bring curiosity, accountability, and a bias for action to everything you do.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
