About the team 

The Operations and People team supports the staff of 14 Technology Holdings and its subsidiaries, their work, and their clients. The Ops and People Division includes People Operations: supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the employee experience; Financial Operations: executing payroll, bookkeeping, and financial planning; Legal Operations: reviewing contracts, compliance, and insurance; and broader Operational Logistics support: facilities, travel, employee experience, and IT.

About the role:

The Senior Recruiting Associate will own recruiting pipelines across multiple entities within the 14 Technology Holdings portfolio. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across assigned business units, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

The Senior Recruiting Associate serves as the primary operational owner of recruiting workflows while partnering with the Senior Manager, People Operations, on recruiting strategy, hiring planning, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

In this position, you will:

  • Own recruiting pipelines across multiple 14TH portfolio entities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer stage
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for recurring and strategic roles
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with organizational needs
  • Manage interview processes, including scheduling, preparation, and candidate communications
  • Partner with the Senior People Ops Manager to lead the recruitment analytics strategy, tracking KPIs like time to fill and cost per hire to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements that accelerate and optimize the hiring process
  • Ensure a thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting within the ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Track pipeline health and hiring progress across entities and provide status updates and reports to People Operations leadership
  • Partner with the People Operations team to support a seamless transition from offer acceptance through onboarding
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, hiring processes, and candidate experience
  • And other tasks and responsibilities as directed.

What we are seeking:

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-department requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in diverse sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies to build consistent, high-quality pipelines
  • Technical fluency in Greenhouse (or another similar ATS) paired with strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Skilled at managing hiring manager relationships, with the ability to adapt recruitment strategies to meet shifting business needs and department goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles 
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining close alignment and communication with People Operations leadership
