150Bond advises C-suite executives on how to tell their story as they scale. We work with founders, executives, and investors at some of the most consequential companies in tech (Anthropic, Stripe, TikTok, to name a few)
Our corporate comms practice is growing, and we're looking for an Associate Director to join our global team.
You'll lead strategy and communications across your accounts, partnering with Account Directors to keep things running. You'll have strong media relationships, experience shaping narratives, and a real attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and communications across your accounts, from news announcements to end-of-month reporting
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients at all levels, managing relationships, calls, budgets, and timelines
- Handle competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, including IR, investors, and internal teams
- Drive new business pitches and build a strong client pipeline
- Lead and mentor a team across communications, pitching, and strategy
- Secure high-profile coverage across national business and tech media
- Bring a creative, ideas-first approach while keeping one eye on the bigger strategic picture
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in the PR industry
- Agency experience is a necessity
- Broad enterprise client experience across technology and business
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Possess strong leadership qualities, with a proven ability to delegate
- Experience in client lead, management, and strategy development.
