The details

  • This role is located at the SLC Lab (2595 Custer Road SLC, UT 84104)
  • Start Date: October 5th, 2026
  • Shift: Friday-Sunday; 7:00am-7:00pm
  • Starting Wage: $24.00/Hr

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provide real time coaching and feedback to associates on job performance.
  • Assist the manager in training new associates.
  • Understand all department performance metrics and assist with process improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate with other departments under the manager's direction (purchasing, merchandising, etc.) effectively to support the overall business needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Receive all incoming products: Lenses, Frames, and Consumables.
  • Maintain a clean and functional workspace.
  • Outside of the Team Lead responsibilities, this position will perform all associate level jobs as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years related operations experience preferred.
  • Past leadership experience preferred, but not required. Must show strong leadership potential.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for an entire 8-hour shift as required.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
