We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team—someone who’s passionate about digital marketing, thrives on collaboration, and knows how to create impactful campaigns. In this mid-level role, you’ll work closely with senior channel owners to drive multi-channel strategies while taking full ownership of specific channels and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll do

Channel Management & Execution:

    • Collaborate with senior channel owners to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, paid search, and display.
    • Take ownership of assigned channels, managing end-to-end campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking to meet KPIs

Campaign Strategy & Implementation:

    • Contribute to campaign strategy by assisting with audience targeting, creative direction, and messaging to drive engagement and conversions.
    • Implement campaign tactics across channels, such as setting up ads, scheduling social posts, drafting email content, and tracking performance.

Performance Tracking & Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROAS, engagement, and other KPIs.
    • Regularly report on channel performance, translating data into actionable insights and adjustments in strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Creative, Content, and Analytics teams to align on campaign goals, provide input on asset creation, and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
    • Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed to support campaign logistics and implementation.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

    • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences that inform campaign strategy and positioning.
    • Stay informed of changes in platform algorithms, ad formats, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive and relevant.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

    • Identify opportunities to streamline campaign workflows and improve efficiency in day-to-day channel management.
    • Propose and test new tactics or approaches to drive incremental performance gains across channels.

Why we will love you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in at least two key channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, paid search).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, tools, and metrics, with experience using platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, or email marketing software.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
