Why you want this job

As a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager on our CRM team, you will play a critical role in building awareness and adoption of our glasses offering. You’ll drive glasses cross-sell purchases from our contacts customer base, drive conversion of glasses leads, and improve retention of glasses customers. This position requires a strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, dedication to improving customer experiences, and the ability to create and scale entirely new marketing programs. The successful candidate will have a track record of both contributing to the creation of marketing strategy as well as hands-on execution to drive business impact

What you’ll do

  • Customer segmentation – identify customers of our contacts customer base who are good candidates for glasses cross-sell, identify signals that indicate a customer may be in market for glasses, and test cross-sell campaigns for specific customer cohorts.
  • Building awareness and driving cross-sell - In collaboration with partners across CRM, marketing operations, and creative teams, drive awareness of our glasses offering and use compelling cross-sell messaging to drive adoption through our glasses business.
  • Lead conversion - build a list of leads familiar with our glasses brand and nurture those leads with compelling, benefits-oriented messaging to drive consideration and conversion.
  • Customer retention – support the creation of a world-class glasses buying experience, ensure glasses transactional communications are helpful, and create and execute loyalty building marketing programs.  
  • Testing and optimization – actively test, learn, and iterate with every campaign and continuously use thoughtful testing and optimization to refine our messaging and audience targeting, and provide more relevant and personalized customer experiences.
  • Data analysis and reporting - monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, communicate results, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email / SMS marketing in an e-commerce, direct-to-consumer business
  • Demonstrated expertise using customer data platforms and marketing automation tools to reach targeted customer segments with relevant and effective messaging
  • High proficiency with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences
  • Comfortable with the hands-on execution needed to deliver business outcomes such as retention, cross-sell, and NPS 
  • Dedication to creating effective customer-facing communications and experiences including establishing and testing different messaging frameworks to unlock growth
  • Ability to lead cross-functional groups where you don’t directly manage team members
  • Demonstrated success advancing marketing strategy while also executing day-to-day work
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over quality and accuracy

It is anticipated this position will have a salary within the range listed below, depending on the candidate’s qualifications for the role. The successful candidate may also be eligible to enroll in several benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and others provided the work schedule meets the minimum Company requirements.

 

United States Remote Salary Range

$120,000 - $135,000 USD
