In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with SeekWell’s operations teams to meet the data analytics needs of the fulfillment, purchasing, contact center, compliance, and supplier relations teams across contacts and glasses and the needs of our B2B business relationships. You will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to extract, analyze, and interpret data, providing insights that drive business strategies, inform operational improvements, and deliver on contractual reporting needs. 

What you’ll do 

  • Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis, maintaining all necessary data dictionaries. 
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. 
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to present data-driven insights. 
  • Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and create ad-hoc reports. 
  • Work closely with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to clearly articulate the data needs for analysis. 
  • Provide data requirements and actively participate in the collaborative data modeling process. 
  • Validate reporting data against source systems. 
  • Clearly communicate findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and informal communication channels like Slack. 
  • Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement. 
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and tools. 

Why we will love you 

  • 4+ years of data analyst experience in a corporate setting is required. 
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics) 
  • Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and manipulation. 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is required. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. 
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders from all levels of the organization. 
  • Familiarity with operations data analysis, supply chain analysis, EDI reporting, call center data, and/or health insurance data is desirable for this position. 
  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS) is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with Databricks and Boomi is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with data management best practices and regulatory requirements for sensitive data (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA) is considered a plus.
