Why you want this job
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the transition to Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) technology and later serve as the subject matter expert for the NICE Quality Management solution to drive maximum usage. The ideal candidate will have strong project and quality management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and the capacity to drive process improvements across multiple teams.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams and the vendor to create project plans, assign tasks, establish timelines, and determine the level of effort required
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end deployment of CCaaS solutions ensuring project milestones are reached on time with minimal disruptions
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership that include project schedules, risk and issues logs, and project governance
- Conduct post-implementation analysis for project success and areas for improvement
- Ensure optimal use of the NICE Quality Management solution to meet business requirements and enhance efficiency
- Be the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the NICE Quality management solution and provide first-tier support and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timeline resolution of issues
- Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of industry experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on CCaaS or contact center solutions
