The Employee Relations Partner is all about helping our people work better together—by solving problems, offering guidance, and creating an environment where our values aren’t just words on a wall. You’ll support our managers and HR team through tough moments like investigations, performance coaching, and conflict resolution. And you’ll help make sure our policies reflect both who we are today and who we’re trying to become.

This role is for someone with 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Business Partner roles, who’s ready to grow and take on more responsibility. You’ll get to work closely with smart, kind people across the company, while helping protect and elevate our award-winning culture.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage workplace investigations and associate complaints
  • Guide leaders through performance conversations, corrective actions, and terminations
  • Act as a go-to resource for employee concerns, conflicts, or policy questions
  • Use interviews, surveys, and trends to diagnose and solve culture or performance issues
  • Collaborate with Legal and HRBPs to manage risk and ensure consistent, fair processes
  • Lead ADA interactive processes and reasonable accommodation conversations
  • Handle Department of Workforce Services (DWS) claims and other external agency inquiries
  • Provide regular training calibrations to help managers lead more effectively
  • Recommend policy improvements and work with Legal to bring them to life
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews and report on actionable themes
  • Partner with L&D to create training on topics like coaching, documentation, and ER fundamentals
  • Maintain a solid understanding of employment law (multi-state experience is a plus)

  • You’ve got 2–3+ years of Employee Relations or HR Business Partner experience

  • You have a natural ability to listen, read between the lines, and get to the heart of the issue

  • You enjoy solving problems—and you don’t mind delivering hard feedback
