About the team and role: As a Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of The Framery ecommerce experience and customer journey. Your expertise in building user-friendly websites, UX design, user testing, and analytics-led product development will be key to success. You’ll partner with marketing, design, customer service, and engineering to create compelling user experiences and make it simple to buy eyewear online.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and execute the product roadmap to achieve business outcomes and drive given KPIs, with a focus on conversion rate.
  • Lead discovery and validation efforts with customers and end users to ensure solutions address real-world pain points and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Understand the customer and their needs and advocate for those needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Lead an agile software development team and work cross-functionally to drive ideas from inception to launch.
  • Interface with other product managers, development teams and systems/services, to understand the interaction between The Framery’s storefront and the back-end systems that support it.
  • Define and track product metrics, using qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and improve.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, other product managers and engineering teams as needed to define requirements and develop new capabilities The Framery can leverage for growth.
  • Become an expert in understanding and leveraging customer data to develop simple and compelling experiences that maximize conversion for our target audience

What you'll need

  • 3–5 years of product management experience building consumer-facing applications; e-commerce experience required
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment with the ability to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to build a product roadmap that addresses key consumer needs and delivers on given KPIs
  • Organizational skills and detail oriented mindset, delivering seamless customer experiences and effectively managing all use cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders from all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in agile software development frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in using data and A/B testing to inform decisions
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and understand interactions between data, services, and front-end applications
  • Ability to work from our Draper, Utah office 1-2 days a week
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence preferred; Miro considered a plus
