You will own the Customer Domain product vision and roadmap, partnering closely with engineering, data, marketing, analytics, and customer experience teams to design and scale enterprise customer data solutions. Your work will directly enable downstream use cases such as personalization, segmentation, lifecycle engagement, and experimentation.

We’d love to hear from you if you have strong product management fundamentals, comfort working with data platforms, and a passion for building foundational customer capabilities that drive meaningful business and customer outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Customer Domain product lifecycle, including customer identity, profiles, preferences, consent, behavioral data, and Customer 360 capabilities across enterprise systems.
  • Define and maintain the Customer Domain product vision and roadmap, aligning customer data initiatives with business, marketing, analytics, personalization, and customer experience goals.
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to manage customer data ingestion, modeling, governance, and access, including source systems, databases, Databricks, and enterprise APIs.
  • Define, oversee, and monitor customer funnels, KPIs, and metrics in Databricks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with enterprise analytics and reporting standards.
  • Enable personalization, lifecycle, and activation of use cases by ensuring customer data is reliable, well-governed, and consumable by downstream platforms and tools.
  • Play a critical role in supporting customer data platform initiatives and migrations, including ownership of product requirements and delivery for the Braze migration and related integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, CX, Analytics, Engineering, Privacy/Legal) to prioritize customer-domain capabilities based on business value, data integrity, and technical feasibility.
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, including epics, user stories, data definitions, and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide product oversight and vendor management for third-party customer data providers, defining how external data is incorporated, governed, and leveraged to enhance customer profiles and Customer 360.
  • Support ongoing operational and analytical needs by helping teams troubleshoot customer data issues and continuously improving platform reliability and data quality.

What you'll need

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within customer data, data platforms, MarTech, analytics, or enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer data concepts, including identity resolution, profiles, consent, behavioral tracking, and lifecycle analytics.
  • Experience working with data platforms and analytics environments, including Databricks, data warehouses, event pipelines, and enterprise backend REST APIs and microservices.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement and personalization platforms (e.g., Braze or similar lifecycle marketing tools).
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineering and data teams, translating complex data and technical concepts into clear product direction.
  • Experienced with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional enterprise teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Comfort defining and tracking customer funnels, metrics, and KPIs to assess product and business impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of aligning diverse teams around shared customer outcomes.
  • Ability to balance foundational platform work with near-term business enablement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, CSPO, SAFe PM/PO) is a plus.

Why we will love you

  • Experience supporting customer data platform initiatives or migrations (e.g., Braze or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with enterprise customer data ecosystems, including third-party data providers and integrations
  • Experience enabling personalization, segmentation, lifecycle engagement, or experimentation use cases
  • Proven ability to work across marketing, analytics, engineering, and customer experience teams
  • Strong focus on data quality, governance, and building trusted customer data system

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
