What you’ll do

  • Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis, maintaining all necessary data dictionaries.  
  • Support enterprise data migration projects by analyzing data requirements, translating current operational logic into new platforms, and refactoring processes to maintain data integrity. 
  • Build and maintain Databricks Silver tables designed to serve analytics and reporting needs, ensuring data quality and consistency throughout data migrations. 
  • Work closely with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to clearly articulate the data needs for analysis and actively participate in the collaborative data modeling process.  
  • Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement and contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and tools.  
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.  
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to present data-driven insights.  
  • Clearly communicate findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and informal communication channels like Slack.  

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of data analyst experience in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency with Databricks and SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Hybrid Work Requirement: Ability to work in the office two days per week in Draper, UT
