Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
No prior junk removal experience required - we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Pay Range: $17/hr - $31/hr+ (Total Compensation)
- Base hourly rate
- Tips
- Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
- Overtime
Schedule: Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week
- 1 mandatory weekend shift
- 3–4 weekday shifts
- Shifts run 8–10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
- Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):
DOT Medical Certification
- A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
- We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
