What the Role Looks Like

• Start each day at our Nanaimo office with your team
• Head out in our branded blue trucks to serve customers
• Help remove unwanted items from homes or businesses
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Lift and load items (up to 50 lbs) and ensure responsible disposal
• Represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? with pride and professionalism

What You Bring to the Team

• Must be 19+ years of age (insurance requirement)
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a great attitude
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Previous experience in general labour, customer service, sales, or driving is a bonus—but not required
