Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25–$30/hour ($13.50 +Profit Share + Tips)
Overview:
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Junk Removal & Sales teammates! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you’ll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
- Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
- Keep trucks clean and organized
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset (commission/bonus opportunities)
- Valid driver’s license
- 21 Years and older
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
