Location: Honolulu, HI

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20–$25+/hr average ($16/hr base + Profit Share + Tips)

Operations Lead Pay: $25–$28/hr average

Join the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Honolulu team as a Truck Team Member with a clear path to becoming an Operations Lead. No junk removal experience required—we'll train you.
You'll spend your days meeting customers, providing estimates, closing sales, removing items, and working with an energetic team. As you develop your sales, customer service, and leadership skills, you'll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and advance.

What You'll Do

• Create great customer experiences and deliver "WOW" service
• Provide estimates and close on-site sales
• Safely remove, lift, carry, and load items up to 75+ lbs
• Drive and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Work as part of a fast-paced team
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Your Growth Path
Truck Team Member → Sales Lead → Operations Lead → Senior Leadership → General Manager

What We're Looking For:

• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Able to lift 50–75+ lbs repeatedly
• Interested in growing into leadership
• Valid driver's license and 21+

Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but attitude and potential matter most.

Schedule: 4–5 shifts/week, including 1 weekend day. Shifts are typically 8–10 hours.
A valid DOT Medical Certification is required for commercial vehicle driving. We arrange and cover the cost.
