Outpatient Client Transport Specialist (Part-Time)

Schedule
Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 15–20 hours per week (Primarily mornings)
Position Summary
The Client Transport Specialist plays a critical role in supporting clients as they engage in treatment services. This position ensures safe, timely, and compassionate transportation while also assisting in maintaining a supportive and secure treatment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from designated locations within expected timeframes
- Supervise and support clients during transportation
- Complete all documentation required for transportation and related services
- Assist with safety and environment of care initiatives within the outpatient office
- Complete all trainings required by Pyramid Healthcare and accrediting/licensing bodies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience providing healthcare or client transportation preferred
Licensure & Certifications
- Valid driver’s license (must remain current)
- Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of vehicle safety and simple auto maintenance
- Ability to effectively communicate with both clients and staff
- Ability to gather and analyze information to support effective problem‑solving
- Ability to respond appropriately in crisis or high‑risk situations
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional support to individuals in recovery
