Lead a High-Impact Community Mental Health Team
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a licensed clinician and leader to serve as our ACTT Dual Diagnosis Team Lead in Asheville, NC. About the Program
Our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) provides intensive, wraparound services in the community—often described as a “hospital without walls.” The Dual Diagnosis Team specializes in treating individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, using a recovery-oriented, evidence-based approach.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary ACTT team
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure high-quality care delivery
- Supervise, coach, and develop staff
- Ensure compliance with ACTT model & TMACT standards
- Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and discharges
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and community partners
- Support direct care (individual, group, and family therapy as needed)
- Monitor team productivity, workflows, and service coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Master’s degree in Human Services or related field
- LCAS (required)
- LCSW(A) or LCMHC(A)
- 3+ years of experience with SMI and/or substance use populations
- 2+ years post-graduate clinical experience
Preferred:
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- ACTT or community-based treatment experience
- 5+ years clinical experience with serious mental illness
- Strong background in dual diagnosis treatment
