Administrative Assistant
📍 Concord, NC
💲 $16–$17 per hour
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
About the Role
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our team in Concord, NC. This role is essential to maintaining smooth daily operations and providing high-quality administrative support within a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional, welcoming front office environment
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and daily office coordination
- Maintain and organize client records, including filing and record transfers
- Perform clerical duties: answering phones, copying, faxing, mailing, and data entry
- Assemble and manage client intake packets and documentation
- Order and track office and program supplies
- Support intake processes, billing sheets, and referral communication
- Prepare check requests, maintain census data, and track admissions/discharges
- Attend meetings and document meeting minutes
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance with vendors
- Manage petty cash according to company policy
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and compliant
- Complete administrative reports and maintain policy/procedure manuals
- Provide additional administrative support as needed

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
