Administrative Office Coordinator
Location: Pottstown, PA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Summary
The Administrative Office Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations at our Pottstown site. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, provides administrative support to psychiatric staff, and helps ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service in a behavioral healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative and receptionist support for clients and visitors
- Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff, including preparing charts and collecting copays
- Schedule appointments and assist with medical record requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and administrative records
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and operational
- Manage office supply orders, petty cash, and weekly bank deposits
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support overall office operations
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and psychiatric staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage challenging phone calls professionally
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Education Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
