Summary:

Pyramid Healthcare’s Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ offers a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment model for individuals pursuing long-term recovery. With evidence-based treatment and supportive group activities, we help clients transition to a sober lifestyle. Our detox program ensures a safe, medically-supervised withdrawal in a comfortable setting, while our residential rehab program provides personalized, clinically-driven treatment plans.

Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm 3 days per week, working alternating weekends

Pay: $43-$45/hour 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and manage staffing for call-offs and on-call needs.
• Organize and oversee the shift operations, including admissions and discharges.
• Coordinate pre-certifications and ongoing preparation for surveys.
• Provide new hire orientation and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers.
• Guide subordinates in client care and effectively resolve client or staff issues.
• Communicate client and staff issues with the Nursing Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• Strong leadership skills, including time management, organization, prioritization, and effective written and oral communication skills.
