About the Role
High Focus Centers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Evening Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team in Center City, Philadelphia. This role focuses on providing individual therapy to adolescents, with the opportunity to also work with young adults in an outpatient setting.

Schedule

• Part-Time, approximately 20+ hours per week
• Afternoon/evening availability required
• Typical hours: approximately 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Schedule may vary based on program needs and candidate availability

Position Overview
The Adolescent Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality, individual therapy to adolescent (and young adult) clients in an outpatient setting. This role emphasizes individualized, goal-oriented treatment and a positive therapeutic experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adolescent clients, with flexibility to work with young adults
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, referral sources, and multidisciplinary team members to support client success
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and case consultations
• Support overall program needs and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field
• Completion of a clinical internship or practicum
• Experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or young adults preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
