💰 $17.00–$18.50/hour + shift differentials
🕒 Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Weekend Schedule

Pyramid Healthcare at Silver Ridge is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team in a full-time weekend schedule supporting clients in a residential behavioral health setting.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in mental health, substance use treatment, or healthcare. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. As a BHT, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Weekend Schedule

  • Friday: 1st / 2nd Shift

  • Saturday: 2nd Shift

  • Sunday: 1st / 2nd Shift

  • 40 Hours Per Week

What You’ll Do

As a Behavioral Health Technician, responsibilities include:

  • Assist with client intake, orientation, and admissions process

  • Monitor client safety, behavior, and emotional well-being

  • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and shift reports

  • Support daily schedules, programming, and treatment plan goals

  • Facilitate groups, activities, and structured programming

  • Assist with medication line and safety checks/searches

  • Provide crisis support and de-escalation when needed

  • Maintain therapeutic boundaries and professional conduct

  • Assist with housekeeping and unit organization

  • Support communication between clients and clinical staff

  • Train new staff on unit procedures as needed

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or residential experience preferred

  • Experience leading groups or activities is a plus
