About Us: Our Behavioral Health Technician Lead is responsible for the overall supervision of clients and other Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) while on duty. The Lead BHT ensures that both clients and staff adhere to protocols and reports any issues to the Program Director and other relevant personnel as needed. Pyramid Healthcare in California, Maryland, offers outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) for men and women dealing with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, co-occurring disorders, and problem gambling. We also provide psychiatric services for clients who require medication management. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, we customize treatment plans based on the individual needs of each client through group and individual sessions, collaborating as necessary to create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with one weekday off and every other weekend.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete and lead the team in fulfilling the duties of the BHT role on each shift.
Assist with the BHT schedule.
Complete the intake process for new clients entering the program.
Maintain accurate client documentation.
Observe and document client self-administration of medication.
Coordinate client activities.
Provide client transportation as needed.
Assist with the dietary needs of clients.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
