At Pyramid Healthcare Martinsburg Inpatient in Hedgesville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of maintenance, repair, construction, and safety activities for assigned regional facilities. This role oversees preventative maintenance programs, urgent repair needs, capital improvement projects, and daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds staff to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment. The Maintenance Manager serves as a technical resource to leadership regarding facility infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

- Salary Range: $55,000/year - $65,000/year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance operations for regional facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs, urgent repairs, and routine inspections of buildings and systems.
- Lead construction and remodeling projects, including project planning, vendor coordination, and quality oversight.
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds staff; provide coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable Building Codes, NFPA, CARF, Life Safety, Department of Health, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain required logs, inspection schedules, and documentation for boilers, utilities, fire systems, and life-safety equipment.
- Track facility repairs, work orders, and utility costs using established systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain building plans, blueprints, equipment inventories, and property lists of tools and assets.
- Coordinate and oversee contractor repairs, obtain bids, and submit recommendations to leadership for approval.
- Order and procure supplies and materials needed for repairs, renovations, and janitorial operations.
- Respond to regional facility emergency requests, including off-hours coverage as required.
- Oversee snow removal, landscaping, and exterior property maintenance.
- Lead repair and adjustment of laundry, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Participate in corporate risk management initiatives and support safety programs.
- Assist with new construction and capital projects, including scope development and project management.
- Serve as hiring supervisor for maintenance staff at assigned facilities.
- Provide consultation to management regarding facility conditions, risk concerns, and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information
- Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
- REQUIRED: Experience in plumbing, electrical, building systems, and heating maintenance
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, or large-scale facility projects preferred.
