Marketing Campaign Manager

Remote - US

1upHealth is at a pivotal moment in our business trajectory, and we’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to play a critical role in helping us scale. In this role, you’ll lead the design, execution, and optimization of end-to-end, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns encompassing email, paid advertising, content, webinars, events, and other channels to drive engagement, pipeline, customer retention, and revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.

You will:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full funnel, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns to drive business goals such as brand awareness, contact engagement, lead generation, pipeline, retention, and revenue.
  • Identify the optimum marketing mix and execute across a broad range of channels, which could include email, landing pages, digital ads, social media, tradeshows, webinars, and more.
  • Build a strong understanding of our target audiences, their pain points and the customer journey, and collaborate with Product Marketing to create campaign messaging that engages the buying group at target accounts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing assets that support campaigns, including blog posts, landing pages, emails, social posts, and case studies.
  • Project manage campaigns end to end, including identifying roles and dependencies, assigning deliverables, and managing timelines.
  • Partner effectively with Sales team members to ensure alignment and enable successful follow up.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance with a focus on optimization to maximize impact and results, and proactively recommend new tests and tactics.
  • Manage campaign budget.

We are looking for people who have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns ideally in a health tech and/or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience across a range of channels, including some combo of social, landing page, digital advertising, webinars, email nurture, events, etc.
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action who can plan (think) and execute (do) in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong understanding of the buyer's journey and the ability to create targeted messaging for different stages.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and ability to write creative long- and short-form content.
  • Super organized with sharp project management skills to keep multiple campaigns with competing priorities and tight deadlines on track and collaborators aligned.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in understanding and interpreting data, and ability to make recommendations and informed decisions from that data.
  • Team player, who uses their excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships and amplify the impact of our campaigns.
  • Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events (3-5 events per year).
  • Candidates based in the Northeast are preferred, and all candidates must be able to work East Coast Time (ET) hours.
