Social Media Manager

Most recently, the firm launched six US-domiciled digital asset ETFs including ARKB, one of the largest spot Bitcoin products in the industry. 

About the Role

21Shares is seeking a creative Social Media Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing social media strategy and presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with the online community

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with 21Shares’ marketing goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Work with external partners to produce partner content, reports, and co-marketing with vendors and other non-contracted industry partners
  • Measure the success of social media activities using analytical tools and provide reports on ROI and performance metrics to guide future strategies
  • Identify gaps in our existing messaging and define ways to strengthen our brand and voice
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns and contests to drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with social media policies and guidelines

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years experience managing Twitter and Linkedin accounts
  • Must live in the continential United States
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional service environment

(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
