The Role:

 

The Temporary Annual Strategic Extension Coordinator supports the successful annual fiscal year transition by ensuring accurate, complete, and reliable data across key operational systems. This role is responsible for data entry, validation, auditing, and cross-functional coordination to support seamless client, financial, and operational transitions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is committed to maintaining exceptional data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and validate client, payer, authorization, and service data to ensure accuracy and completeness across multiple systems.
  • Perform data audits, identify discrepancies, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting operations, billing, payroll, or compliance.
  • Support fiscal year transition activities by maintaining accurate authorizations, funding sources, service codes, rates, and related data.
  • Assist with bulk data uploads, system testing, quality assurance, and post-implementation audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and escalate issues that could impact project timelines or business operations.

 

This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 3x per week. 

Please note that this is a temporary assignment: Between 4-6 weeks depending on date of hire

 

What You Bring to the Table:

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with data entry, administrative support, project coordination, or a related role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
