Administrative team members at 2K have the mighty task of making sure all daily functions run like a well-oiled machine. They have their hands in just about every department across the business and regularly partner with executives, senior staff and various teams to make sure their goals are carried out seamlessly and efficiently. What We Need:

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Partnerships Officer and members of the Partnerships Leadership Team (4 leaders). This role is responsible for high-level administrative support—such as calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting—alongside project-based work, including developing presentations, managing internal/external communications, and assisting with strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker who combines strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs and execute independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage complex calendars for the Chief Partnerships Officer and Partnerships leadership team, including scheduling, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing requests across time zones.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights,  itineraries, lodging, and meeting logistics.

  • Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports into Concur and in accordance with company policy.

  • Provide support for meetings, including agenda prep, note-taking, and action item follow-up.

  • Coordinate meetings and department functions including but not limited to preparing calendar invites and Zoom calls, preparing and distributing agendas and other materials, reserving and preparing facilities, coordinating food/beverage service, and coordinating any necessary technical support

  • Coordinate with Legal on vetting any necessary department-related contracts

  • Act as a liaison between the Chief Partnerships Officer’s office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.

Project-Based & Strategic Support

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external meetings using tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support project timelines, deliverables, and communication flow.

  • Track status and deadlines for small-scale initiatives on behalf of the Chief Partnerships Officer, ensuring timely progress updates.

  • Help to drive efficient operations across the team and organization by developing and using systems and processes to maximize results in a timely manner.

  • Conduct light research, compile data, and support project briefings as needed.

Team Support & Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders interacting with the Chief Partnerships Officer. 

  • Help plan and coordinate team events, offsites, and key milestone meetings.

  • Support onboarding logistics and internal communication for the Partnerships team.

  • Assist and align with 2K Administrative team members as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

A successful candidate for this role will be able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal instruction, be able to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality, and have an eagle eye when it comes to dates, times and details. The ability to spot inefficiencies in daily processes surrounding the executives you support will help ensure long-term success.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior work experience as a senior level admin, supporting C-Level executives highly desired
  • Prior work experience in business development environment representing the company with hundreds of outside stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Google Suite and Zoom/online conference solutions are preferred.
  • Acute attention to detail; strong spelling and grammar skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Experience with large scale meeting coordination
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, manage priorities & manage workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Good judgment, with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $105,000 and $125,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
