Role Overview
To support all products by entering and managing the metadata process. Reports to Release Managers.
What You’ll Do
- Initial Entry of Metadata into the First Party Portals
- Reviews metadata assuring all required assets and copy are present and meet platform specifications
- Relays feedback on missing requirements to relevant contacts
- Enters Age Ratings into First Party Portals
- Enters Pricing into First Party Portals
- Performs pricing scrubs against provided documentation ensuring entries are accurate in First Party Portals
- Entry of Compat Notices, and specification Forms
- Uphold and promote the 2K Values
What Will Make You A Great Fit
- Excellent written communication skills, internally & externally
- Knowledge of bug database systems, QA process, test plan creation, and bug writing process
- Hardworking, reliable, punctual, flexibility to work unsociable hours depending on deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Technically proficient with PCs, gaming consoles, and related hardware
- Ability to liaise with other departments
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent minimum
- Excellent organization and time management skill with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and the flexibility to support an environment where details can change quickly
- Reliable with the ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and positive personality to foster excellent working relationships
